Frequently Asked Questions

Our signature cookies are baked fresh before they are delivered to you, with no preservatives. That's why they are best eaten within 1 month, unopened or stored in airtight container to maintain texture and freshness.

We do not have the official halal certification. But you would like to know that we don't use any meat ingredients in all our cookies and there is no alcohol or gelatin used.

There are 3 different size options depending on your preference and budget.

1. Petite Bag (40g) 
2. Regular Bag (100g) 
3. Cookie Jar (180g)

All options above include a customised cookie sticker label where we will work with you based on your preferred design and theme of your event/brand and personalise your message. 

Please kindly note we generally require at least 2-3 weeks lead time for all custom orders upon confirmation/payment. Delivery and customisation fee will be quoted upon enquiry.

Standard Delivery (9am-7pm) from Monday to Saturday:
For orders below $60, delivery is $4.90
For orders above $60, delivery is free!

The rates stated are for all areas except for fringe locations (eg. Sentosa, Tuas).

As our courier makes multiple deliveries in a day, we may not be able to guarantee a particular timeslot. If you really need to, we can arrange for a specific time slot with additional charge that will do a direct door-to-door delivery. You may also opt to arrange your own delivery or self-collect as well. Contact us and we can sort you out!
